Hey. It’s me.

I feel like a scammer. I’m not a writer. “What blog? Oh, the one I haven’t posted in since 2023?”

I feel like I abandoned my passion. I do love doing hair, but truthfully, I like telling stories way more, fictional stories. Based on real events in my life. I like to make them funny. I like to actually make fun of myself. It’s basically my whole personality at this point.

I can fully admit I’ve strayed away from this blog because of the 2T’s: (no toddler) TikTok and my toxic relationship. I could also blame being busy making people beautiful or the inevitable transition to TikTok, not just aimless scrolling. The actual commitment and dedication it takes to try to make a voice for myself on another platform. It can be overwhelming. The toxic part is worth the wait.

What prompted this long over due entry? A coworker! He brings up my blog and asks me why I’m not writing almost every time we see each other. I admit I am super excited that somebody actually misses my storytelling. I get hyped up and I tell myself I’m going to write. It only took him ten times telling me this for me to finally write again. (Today)

Finally, today is sunny and warm in Atlantic City! Wow, am I that old and boring, I’m referencing the weather?!!! No, I cannot let this happen. Someone come pick me up and take me outside right now! Juggling my time between my hair salon and working at the casino, while being a mom, and all things life, I haven’t really enjoyed my favorite season of all time yet!

I made a bucket list to keep me in check:

Beach, day club, night club, beach, pool, crash someone’s bbq, roof top, get black out drunk and take three to five buisness days to recover, put twenty dollars in a slot machine leave with twenty thousand and beach again!

So lets get to it!
